Are all your otters in a row?

Are all of your otters in row?

This year is already a blur and it's only three weeks in. I've found that the busier I am, the more I've typically relied on pen and paper to keep track of things. Adopting new habits and technologies can be challenging. I mean, how many have already abandoned a new year's resolution this year? I have.

Luckily, though, I'm using Cascadin to help me keep all my ducks, I mean otters, in a row.

Cascadin is a simple organizing tool, and it has a few features that make it easy to stay on top of things even when life and work get really busy. Right now, the most important and helpful feature for me is the Todos.

On the workspace home, I can quickly record my thoughts and action items. I'll pop into Cascadin for a few minutes, type what's on my list, and I'm off to the next thing. Later, when I'm able to take a breath, I don't have to worry about where I wrote that one note down or what I'm missing. It's all in my Todos.

For me, I'm finding that the big picture goals and projects are the ones that get lost if I'm not using Cascadin. Yet, those are the very things that I find most rewarding when I get to them. Once I've recorded my thoughts in my Todos list, I can then go back to them and build them out in my Tasks or Projects. This helps me stay focused and keeps me moving forward.

Being busy doesn't mean you can't be organized. Being busy doesn't mean you can't have all your otters in a row.
